A deposit is required to reserve.
Availability is based on a first come first served basis. All yachts are available for general booking until a deposit is placed upon for a specific date and departure time.
All deposits and or down payments paid to reserve a yacht charter and additional services are applied to administrative tasks, and activities. Your deposit removes the yacht from inventory and prevents it from being booked by other clientele. All deposits and or down payments are NON REFUNDANABLE.
Weather conditions that do now allow safe operations will allow a rescheduled charter, or prorated if the charter is underway. If you need to reschedule please advise your representative 7 days prior to your charter and your deposit will be reapplied to a future date at no additional cost.
